Yes. A $49 booking deposit is required to reserve your delivery date. The deposit is applied toward your total rental cost.

Yes. Deposits are refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

After pickup, your totes and rental equipment are inspected. If everything is returned on time and in good condition, your rental is complete. If any totes or equipment are missing, damaged, excessively dirty, or returned late, any applicable charges will be invoiced separately.

Yes. Customers are responsible for the totes while they are in their possession.

Lost or damaged totes, dollies, moving blankets, or other rental equipment may be charged up to the replacement value. Normal wear from regular use is expected and will not result in additional charges.

Yes. Free delivery and pickup within Prince George city limits.

Deliveries and pickups outside Prince George city limits are subject to mileage fees based on distance. Mileage fees are confirmed prior to delivery. Mileage fees apply up to a maximum distance of 50 km from Prince George city limits.  Beyond 50km a custom quote is required. 

Mileage fees are $1.00 per kilometre (round trip), calculated from the Prince George city limits to your delivery or pickup address. Any applicable mileage charges will be confirmed before delivery.

Pickup is scheduled automatically based on your selected rental period.

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to extend your rental period. Extensions are subject to availability.

Packing paper is sold by approximate weight. Each bundle weighs approximately 2.5 lb, which typically equals about 80 sheets.

Due to minor variations in paper thickness and packing, the exact sheet count may vary slightly.

To keep our totes clean and in good condition for all customers, we ask that only HappyStack-provided labels be used.

Please do not write directly on the totes or apply personal stickers, tape, or adhesive labels, as this can leave residue or cause damage.

Rental supplies are billed for a minimum of one week, with discounted additional weeks automatically applied to match your moving tote rental duration. All items are delivered and picked up together.
